Everything you need to start mindfully

Simple tools that help you build a healthier morning routine without the complexity.

🚫

Smart App Blocking

Choose which apps to block during morning hours. When you try to open them, you'll be gently redirected to journal instead.

✍️

Common Questions

Why does it need Accessibility permissions?

The Accessibility Service detects when you open a blocked app and redirects you. It does NOT read content from other apps - it only sees which app is in the foreground.

Is my journal data private?

Yes! All entries are encrypted with AES-256 and stored only on your device. We never see, collect, or transmit your journals. Your data belongs to you.

What if I uninstall the app?

If you have auto-backup enabled, your journals are safe in your chosen folder. After reinstalling, select the same folder and we'll detect the backup and offer to restore it.

Why isn't blocking working?

Make sure you've granted the required permissions. On some phones, also disable battery optimization for Morning Mindful in Settings → Apps → Morning Mindful → Battery.

What languages are supported?

English, German, and Chinese (Simplified). The app uses your phone's language setting. Chinese characters are properly counted (1 character = 1 word).
